Free Walking Tour Kiev is a private initiative run by young guides and volunteers in love with Kiev. It is one of the easiest and most interesting ways to tour Kiev.
How to join?
Tours start daily in rain or shine at 12pm and 4 pm all year round. There is no need to book a tour, just come to the meeting point and find your guide holding a blue Free Tours flag.
We would like to give a warm welcome to all guests visiting our city regardless of their budget. We believe you will enjoy walking with us and appreciate the work of your tour guides. Your tips and donations are the best way to support our project and thank your guides, so they are always welcome.
Where we meet?
Tours start: daily at 12.00 and 16.00. Meeting Point: Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Sq) in front of the Central Post Office by the Monument with the Globe.

12 pm Tour includes Independence Square, St Michael’s Cathedral, St Andrew’s Church, St Sophia Cathedral, Golden Gate, National Opera, House of Teachers and Monument to the First Kiev Tram
4 pm Tour goes along Khreschatyk street and includes such sights as the Arch of Friendship, Mariyinskiy Palace, Dynamo Stadium, National Bank of Ukraine, House of the President, National Theatre and famous House with Chimeras.
